我们收集的信息 / Information We Collect

账户信息：您注册时提供的手机号和/或电子邮箱；密码以加盐哈希方式存储，我们不会保存您的明文密码。

Account data: the mobile number and/or email you provide at registration. Passwords are stored as salted hashes; we never keep your plaintext password.

使用与设备信息：为提供和优化服务，我们可能记录连接日志、设备与网络信息、功能使用情况。

Usage and device data: to provide and optimise the Service, we may log connection records, device and network information, and feature usage.

Payment data: handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number; we receive only the limited information needed to fulfil an order (such as transaction status and an order identifier).

Content you upload: the files and text you place in the knowledge base and drive.

用于创建与管理账户、提供与维护服务、处理订阅与付款、提供客户支持、保障安全与防止滥用，以及在法律要求时履行合规义务。

To create and manage your account, provide and maintain the Service, process subscriptions and payments, offer customer support, ensure security and prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations where required.

支付处理 / Payment Processing

We use a third-party payment processor. Your payment information is handled in accordance with that processor’s privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers necessary to run the Service (such as payment, cloud-storage, and infrastructure vendors), and where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. After account closure, we delete or anonymise data we no longer need within a reasonable period.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and password hashing. No system, however, can guarantee absolute security.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, or close your account. Send requests to support@kaiheibox.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

国际数据传输 / International Transfers

我们的服务器与服务提供商可能位于您所在地区以外。使用本服务即表示您理解信息可能被传输并存储于其他司法管辖区。

Our servers and providers may be located outside your region. By using the Service you understand your information may be transferred to and stored in other jurisdictions.

未成年人 / Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
