新用户保障(7 天) / New-Customer Guarantee (7 days)
首次订阅的新用户,如对服务不满意,可在首次付款后 7 天内申请全额退款。每位用户限一次。
First-time subscribers who are unsatisfied may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment. Limited to one per customer.
月付订阅 / Monthly Plans
您可随时取消,取消将停止下一周期续费,您仍可使用至当前已付周期结束。超过上述 7 天保障期后,已支付的当月费用不予退还。
You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. After the 7-day guarantee above, the current month’s payment is non-refundable.
年付订阅 / Annual Plans
年付订阅可在购买后 14 天内申请全额退款。超过 14 天后不予退款,但您可使用至订阅期结束,并可随时关闭自动续费。
Annual subscriptions are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days they are non-refundable, but you keep access until the term ends and may turn off auto-renewal at any time.
服务中断 / Service Outages
如因我方原因导致服务出现长时间持续不可用,请联系客服,我们将酌情提供按比例的服务时长补偿或退款。
If the Service is unavailable for a significant continuous period due to our fault, contact support and we will provide a prorated credit or refund at our discretion.
不予退款的情形 / Non-Refundable
已过相应退款窗口的续费、已消耗的增值用量,以及因违反《服务条款》而被终止的账户,不予退款。
Renewals past the applicable window, add-on usage already consumed, and accounts terminated for breaching the Terms of Service are non-refundable.
如何申请与到账 / How to Request & Processing
请通过 support@kaiheibox.com 提交申请,并附上您的账户与订单信息。退款将原路退回至您的支付方式,通常在 7–14 个工作日内到账(实际到账时间取决于支付机构与发卡行)。
Submit your request to support@kaiheibox.com with your account and order details. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days (actual timing depends on the payment provider and your bank).
