服务说明 / The Service

本服务是一套面向一起开黑玩家的协作工具，以"盒子"为单位按席位订阅提供，功能包括：跨境游戏加速、虚拟局域网联机、私有语音、知识库与共享网盘。具体功能可能随版本更新而调整。

The Service is a collaboration toolkit for people who game together, sold as a per-seat subscription organised around a "box". It includes cross-border game acceleration, virtual LAN multiplayer, private voice, a knowledge base, and a shared cloud drive. Specific features may change as the product evolves.

账户 / Your Account

您需使用手机号或电子邮箱注册账户。您有责任保管好账户凭据，并对在您账户下发生的所有活动负责。如发现未经授权的使用，请立即通过 support@kaiheibox.com 通知我们。

You register an account with a mobile number or email address. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@kaiheibox.com immediately of any unauthorised use.

您须年满 18 周岁，或在监护人同意下使用本服务。

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service with the consent of a legal guardian.

订阅、计费与续费 / Subscriptions, Billing & Renewal

本服务按"席位/月"计费，提供月付与年付两种周期，并支持多种货币结算。价格以下单时页面显示为准。

The Service is billed per seat per month, offered on monthly or annual cycles, and settled in multiple currencies. The price shown at checkout applies.

除非您在续费日前取消，订阅将自动按所选周期续费，并向您的支付方式扣款。年付相当于支付 9 个月使用 12 个月。

Unless you cancel before the renewal date, your subscription renews automatically for the same cycle and your payment method is charged. Annual billing is equivalent to paying for 9 months to use 12.

支付由第三方支付机构处理。价格不含可能适用的税费，相关税费由您承担。

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

退款适用我们的《退款政策》。

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

可接受使用 / Acceptable Use

您同意不将本服务用于任何违法用途，不利用本服务从事网络攻击、传播恶意软件、侵犯他人权利或规避任何法律法规；不得转售、滥用或试图破坏本服务的网络与基础设施。

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to launch network attacks, distribute malware, infringe others’ rights, or circumvent any law; and not to resell, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the Service’s network or infrastructure.

加速与联机功能旨在改善您合法游戏与协作的网络连接，您应自行确保使用方式符合所在地区的法律及相关游戏的用户协议。

The acceleration and LAN features are intended to improve the network connection for your lawful gaming and collaboration; you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction and the terms of the games you play.

知识产权 / Intellectual Property

本服务及其相关软件、商标与内容的知识产权归我们或相应权利人所有。您在订阅期内获得有限的、不可转让的使用许可。您上传至知识库或网盘的内容仍归您所有，您授予我们为提供服务所必需的存储与处理许可。

All intellectual property in the Service, its software, trademarks, and content belongs to us or the respective owners. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use it during your subscription. Content you upload to the knowledge base or drive remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to store and process it to provide the Service.

免责声明与责任限制 / Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

本服务按"现状"提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对服务的不间断、无错误或满足特定用途作出担保。网络性能可能受您本地网络、运营商及不可抗力影响。

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Network performance may be affected by your local network, carriers, and events beyond our control.

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对任何间接、附带或后果性损失不承担责任；我们的累计赔偿责任不超过您在索赔事件发生前 12 个月内为本服务支付的金额。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

终止 / Termination

您可随时取消订阅。若您违反本条款，我们可暂停或终止您的账户。终止后，您使用本服务的权利即告结束；按性质应继续有效的条款仍然有效。

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

条款变更 / Changes to These Terms

我们可能不时更新本条款，并在本页面更新生效日期。重大变更我们将通过合理方式通知。变更生效后继续使用本服务即视为接受。

We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the date on this page. We will give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

适用法律 / Governing Law

本条款受美利坚合众国怀俄明州法律管辖，不考虑其法律冲突规则。

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
